Predictive Behaviour Assessment & Security Interview Training

Picture
We assess behaviours every time we meet someone. Friend or foe is decided in the first 7 seconds of each encounter. Does a person in front harbour potential malicious intent? Does a prospective employee exhibit signs of deception during an interview? How does one resolve security-driven suspicion in less than 2 minutes?

Our training  is based on over 10 years of field experience in real-time assessment of individual behaviours, appearances and documentation in the context of high-paced mass transit environments in Canada, Israel and Europe.

Ideally suited for groups of 12-15 students, the basic training addresses the following:

  • Psychology of anxiety and deception
  • Suspicious Indicators
  • Body Language workshop
  • Principles of behaviour observation
  • Security Interview: theory and workshop
  • Performance Evaluations & QA
  • Canadian Human Rights and Privacy regulations
  • Field Exercise

Evaluating Your Defences

Picture
Many corporate and government entities have problems with evaluating the effectiveness of their corporate security procedures and personnel. How does one quantify security? How effective are existing procedures? Are more resources needed and for what purposes? Does existing level of training sufficient to ensure adequate levels of protection and response?

CHI Security helps clients to develop and test Quality Assurance procedures for corporate security & safety personnel based on outcome-based evaluations. As a result, security managers obtain a clear picture of status quo and recommendations for improvement, if necessary.

  • Vulnerability Assessment: physical security
  • Personnel preparedness
  • Red Teaming exercises
  • Penetration Testing
  • Use of personnel trained in Suspicious Behaviour ('bad guys')
  • Scenarios development
  • Lessons Learned & Recommendations
